Bernice’s Husband Polemon II

  • Bernice means Bringer of Victory
  • Salvation is the Ultimate Vicotory

Note: I chose to renew my minde (beliefs) on my own. It wasn’t for a relationship. Changing beliefs for the better also has some costs, such as having beliefs that are different from your family and friends… most of the world.

Berenice of Cilicia, also known as Julia Berenice and sometimes spelled Bernice (Greek: Βερενίκη or Βερνίκη, Bereníkē or Berníkē; 28 – after 81), was a Jewish client queen of the Roman Empire during the second half of the 1st century. Berenice was a member of the Herodian dynasty that ruled the Roman province of Judaea between 39 BC and 92 AD. She was the daughter of King Herod Agrippa I and Cypros and a sister of King Herod Agrippa II. wikipedia

She became Bernice of Cilicia when she married Polemon II around 50 AD. Her husband converted to Judaism so he was Jewish. He probably wrote differently from Jews who grew up in Ancient Israel. And she is still known as Bernice of Cilicia.

Ironically, about the same time, around 50 AD, Paul, also from Cilicia, begins writing letters that end up in the New Testament.

Bernice is in the New Testament, Wise to know both the Old and the New. Wiser to know how to counter the false beliefs in each.

In the old testament there is a verse about the truth being well hidden, hard to find.

There is a lot of time spent on the Jews in Ancient Egypt, how bad they were, slavery, and the Exodus.

It is just a story… and not true. There may be a few things that are, but the majority of the story is not true.

Similarly, Some things written about Bernice or other real people may not be true. Look what they did to Ancient Egypt.

the key is to know the truths, fid them, and focus on them… so you can counter the lies.

If you just read the Bible, you may brainwash yourself with the lies.

It takes repeating positive 5x more than the negative (I have heard that before, don’t know if it changed).
